the father of grunge: David carson
In crafting this booklet using InDesign, I aimed to pay homage to the groundbreaking work of design icon David Carson. Inspired by Carson's fearless approach in breaking conventional design rules, I purposely mimicked his unique style within every pages of this booklet. The layout reflects Carson's avant-garde aesthetic, incorporating nontraditional typography, daring compositions, and a unique visual rhythm. This project serves as a tribute to Carson's legacy, capturing the essence of his rule-defying creativity while incorporating a new perspective into the design realm.
